We aim to process and ship all orders within two business days. However, as our production hub is located on an island with local holidays and festivals, occasional delays may occur. We’ll have your order on its way as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to us at info@marlsofficial.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. You can track your order using your tracking number at https://track24.net.

Please note that all orders are dispatched from Sri Lanka via Sri Lankan Post. Depending on your delivery country, import taxes and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

We provide a tracking number for every shipment upon fulfillment so you can follow your order’s journey.

We offer 14 days for returns, starting from the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect.

Garments must not be worn or washed. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any received thereafter may be declined. Marls Official is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.
