We aim to process and ship all orders within two to three business days and make sure to have your order on its way to you as soon as possible. Our production hub is located in Sri lanka, so all orders within Sri Lanka are shipped from Sri Lanka. Local holidays and festivals, occasional delays may occur. All other orders are shipped from Germany with DHL.

We provide a tracking number for every shipment upon fulfillment so you can follow your order’s journey.

We offer 14 days for returns, starting from the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect.

Garments must not be worn or washed. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any received thereafter may be declined. The shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. Marls Official is not responsible for any items lost in transit returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.
